REFUND and RETURNS POLICY

If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item/s must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the returned item is in the original condition and your request has been approved, then only will a refund be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. This amount will exclude any shipping costs incurred.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES

All our products are thoroughly checked before dispatched and will not be defective or damaged. There is an acceptable understanding that all our products are handmade and may vary slightly in colour and size. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

SHIPPING RETURNS

To return your product, you should mail your product to: (address to be confirmed via email).

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on the return address, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary and will be communicated with you. If you are returning items, you should consider using reputable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance with a tracking system. We can not be held responsible for goods returned and not received.
